The Tern Link C7 has normal chain stays (see Link C7 | Tern Folding Bike and Folding Bicycle Accessories | United States) while the 2015 Novara Flyby has a support piece under the seat stays (see Novara FlyBy Folding Bike - 2015 - REI.com). I would expect the Link C7 frame to be a bit stiffer and stronger. The Flyby frame design facilitates a belt-drive conversion. Hope this helps.
