If you are going to look at Fulcrum 7's or 5's, look at the 2014 or newer models. That is the year they folded in the offset rear rim, and did 100g weight reduction on each wheelset. I would assume that this carries over to the Campy versions as well (Khamsin and Vento, IIRC). I also seem to recall that the older Vento had the G3 lacing on the front wheel, which would go in the undesirable bucket.
I have Fulcrum 7's on the rain bike, and have been satisfied with them.
