Portland. Very nice scenery pretty much anywhere you go. You can go from city riding to rural riding by a 15 minute car drive. Or just bike over the hill. Weather is nice most of the year. A variety of warm, cool, and cold weather almost all year round. Bike lanes. I think were one of the most bike friendly citys. Coast and mountains close by. If you like flat riding or hills we have alot of it all.
