That is one interesting bike in that there is a mix of old and new.

Your stem and FD are 1950s. Your hubs look like they are from the 60s. The brakes are from the 60s. Your paint and decals look like they are from the 90s.

There is a very good chance your frame is not a Cinelli. The seat cluster is called a Malaguti. Cinelli only used those in the late 40s/early 50s.

But your bike could be a 40s/50s Model B. The only problem with that is the braze-on down tube shifter boss and the braze-on cable stop on the chainstay. Those would have been added later as they were not a stock item.

Or it could be a 40s/50s Cinelli city bike converted to a road bike. The problem with that is that the internal cable guide for the rear brake enters and exits on the top of the top tube. Typically, that was done on the side of the top tube for the city bikes. But then again, never say never.

Do a couple of things.

1. Measure the height of the headbadge in millimeters.
2. Measure the distance between the headbadge screws in millimeters.
3. Post a picture of the headbadge.
4. Post a picture of the bottom of the bottom bracket. There should be a number stamped there.
5. Post more pictures of the frame details and lugs.
