If you bought the bikes at a local bike shop, I would just bring it there and see if they can straighten the bars out for you.

If not, you can get a decent set of bars for under $50, and bar tape might set you back another $15-$20. If you go that route, just google bar tape replacement on youtube and you can see how to do it. It's something you can easily do yourself.
