Seems like they're gonna lose their shirts here. Co-branded credit cards work because banks make a ton of money on interest and fees. There's nothing like that here.

In any case, I got a notification from CC that I had a dollar deposited in my account. Too bad my short little commuter rides don't count, that's a couple hours a week in 15 minute chunks.
