+1 Some saddles do push a rider forward, however check the fit of the bike!!

Often if the bicycle is too large, or the stem too long, the handle bars are too aggressively low, the seat set too far to the rear, or the saddle is adjusted too high, or tilted downward... the cyclist will feel as if they are sliding forward.
Heck.... even just the cleats pulled too far to the heal... can make a cyclist feel pulled forward.
I'd start by check the entire bicycle fit... not just the saddle:
