I opted to go with MTB SPD pedals and shoes that are very comfortable for normal walking. I'd be concerned that any adapter such as the Flypedal would require readjustment of the saddle height each time I switched shoes.
My plan to deal with this was to simply wear four pair of padded shorts when using the Flypedals
Actually I had not considered that. Thanks for bringing that to my attention.
