Total cost for upgrade parts= $773.90
Recouped from selling old parts= $315.49
Net upgrade=$476.41
plus $500 cost of bike and I have a like new CAAD10 frame with all new full 105 group and 1260 g wheels for under $1000 and I feel like my bike is better than a stock 105 CAAD10

Took it for first ride today. Bike is about 1 lb lighter than stock which of course is all wheels which I could have done without the other upgrades. But I am loving the thinner hoods and better ergonomics and buttery smooth shifting especially up front. Brakes are also a huge upgrade from the Tektros.
