That would depend on whether you're interested in learning how to do it yourself. It's not particularly difficult. You need a few basic tools and some time. The Internet is full of instructions.

Welcome to the forums, BTW. Like the caveman said, it's a pretty basic bike, but the color is great and it seems to be in great shape. I doubt it was ridden very much.
