It is a cool looking bike. Probably not a lot value as a vintage bike. Probably more value in the "coolness" factor if you're using it as a bike to go about 5-10 miles with few hills. If so, take it to a bike shop to make sure the hubs and bottom bracket are in good shape. They'll make any adjustments to the brakes and shifters and let you know if it needs tires and/or tubes.
