^^^^ This, you need receiver hitch mounted first. Your bumper has steel under the plastic but the hole in it is for ball type hitch only. Receiver as shown above is much stronger and what you need. There are many other options to mount bikes in the bed of truck if you have room there. These are front fork mounts if you have QR or there are clamps for side rails as well.
