Is this a sign that it's time to sell the Litespeed?
The thought of selling it kinda chokes me up.
Ok. I got this figured out -- I think.
Cleaned and lubed both bikes on Saturday (its been a while) and found that the rear tire on the Litespeed was FLAT. Found a tiny pinhole on the rim side of the tube about 2" from the valve. Checked the rim and the rim tape but found no burrs or sharp pokey things. Replaced the tube.
The tire was still inflated this morning so did my usual ride and had no problems.
Was the tube only half inflated on the ride home during my last ride? Who knows? Today's ride was great so the Litespeed will not be going on the auction block any time soon.
