Bikes: P1 Domane Di2, SLR Emonda Di2, Trek Farley 9 Fatbike

Ride, ride and ride more, fitness will get you up the hills. I'm 6' 215lbs, I made it 25 miles up Mt. Lemmon in February using 52/36 11/28 (14lb bike) spinning all the way. Find some reasonable hills to build strength on.
