Performance Bikes is a chain of bike stores. Fuji is one of their major brands.

The Fuji Roubaix has a more agressive, racing geometry.
The Fuji Sportif has a more relaxed, endurance geometry.

I recently bought a Fuji Sportif 1.3c - 2014 (for $799) from Performance Bikes. I'm just getting back into biking, so I wanted the more relaxed endurance geometry.

I road tested several different brands of bikes: Specialized, Giant, Trek, Cannondale, and Fuji, because these brands were available at my LBS's. If I there were Felt or Raleigh bikes available in my size to road test, I would have tried them, also. Specialized (52cm), Trek (52cm), and Fuji (49cm) felt the best when I rode them. Since they were all about the same in feel, I went for the best bang for the buck. It looks like the only difference between the Fuji you're looking at, and the one that I bought are that the 1.1 has Shimano 105 components, and the 1.3 has Shimano Tiagra components. So you'd be getting a pretty good deal on that bike for $900.

Have you had a chance to road test both bikes? Which one felt better? If those shops stock other brands, or there are other local shops around, road test a variety of bikes. Maybe try some with a race geometry, and some with an endurance geometry.
How the bike feels is going to be important, because no matter how good of a deal it is, if you don't enjoy riding the bike, it will sit in the corner. And then it's not a good deal.
