I honestly think you would be fine on the 20/24, but being cautious I see nothing wrong with going with the 24/28. It only adds about 40g. I'm sure if you decided on the Rouleur and contacted Boyd he would sell you a set in 20/28 though. Best wishes on your new wheel purchase.
