I am late to this discussion, but have had a Lynskey 230 for about 5 years now and it is a great bike. Frank;y either frame is going to be fine, just need to look at the components and see what is to your liking. Also, I and I think that this was mentioned, Lynskey will do a custom frame for you which may hold some allure if you are not a typical size. Both good choices
