Have you thought of a Shimano FD? The Campy cable throw for triples is known to be similar to that for Shimano MTB FD's, so presumably a road FD will take a lot less cable.
I found a more current version of the Shimergo tables that has more recent 11-speed stuff, but as always it's all about the RD and right shifter, not much to say about the left and front. I think it's pretty buggy data, too.
