We (me and my 3 riding buddies) made the call on our own that we aren't riding on Saturday regardless of what the official call ends up being.
With the current weather forecast for tonight/tomorrow/Saturday (especially the severe weather chance Saturday night), we don't want to chance it. We are planning on driving to La Grange early Sunday morning, leaving our car there somewhere (not sure yet exactly where), ride to Austin, and then pick up the car on the way home to Houston.
It's annoying this is the way it has to be, but it's better to be on the safe side of things with this weather threat.
