Beautiful 56cm Cinelli

This appears to be a Cinelli "frankenbike" restoration from the 80's, with lots of campy parts.

It's a cool bike but the frame has no serial, and it's painted over, so I can't tell exactly which year it is or how much it's worth. Any ideas?
