Private auctions, so ID don't show, a statement that "WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY BID MADE WITHOUT A PRIOR CONTACT." or that effect on the ones I looked at. A BUY-IT-NOW that bypasses ebay, they accept escrow, but bet thta it's a phony escrow company.

As an Ebay Buyer, what part of this fills me with warm fuzzy feelings and a desire to start bidding??? Nope, not me.

Here's how I see it playing out... You bid, get outbid at the last second by a shell account. You can't prove it because the private listings. Then you get an offer via e-mail to purchase the bike, the original buyer has backed out or something like that. As they said in the movie Marathon Man" "Don't get into the car".
