Very nice. I'm jealous of the set-up. I'm not quite to the point where I want to give up my rear panniers but that's all I carry and I use them every day commuting and shopping anyway.

One gram-weenie suggestion is to exchange at least one of your water bottles for a re-purposed 1-liter soda bottle--more capacity, less "dry" weight.
