My LBS is Thumm's out of Warren - they're a great shop, but I don't know about their bike fitting skills...

I've seen people on FB talking about bike fit, but they're mostly Akron/Cleveland riders. You might try asking on the Facebook page for 'CAMBA - Cleveland Area Mountain Bike Association' (if you're a MTBr) or 'Cleveland Touring Club' (if you're a roadie).
