First ride of the year on the TT bike yesterday. 15 min warm up then 50 minutes of sweet spot. The other 1:40 was just endurance.
My knee, which got tweaked on March 1st, is still not as happy as I'd like to be. That's what I get for going to a crit. I knew better.
