thanks. it is indeed on there, sorry the pics are crap. in the first pic you can sort of see it beside the stem. It doesnt take up that much room on the bars. I had to bore out a lot of the shifter to fit it around the bend. I hope the 3 speed holds up for hauling heavy loads.
