For those who might be interested I decided to deflate my 700x25 and use my Lezyne micro floor pump HPG. I attained 110 psi in exactly 2:57. It did get slower towards the end but it was very doable.
2:57 isn't a long time but that doesn't include removing the wheels from the bike, taking one side of the tire from the rim, taking out the old tube, putting in the new tube, then inflating. I have seen the entire process done in five minutes using Co2.
That is a nice pump I admit. It was well worth mentioning in this thread.
