I see stem shifters and possibly steel rims with a nutted rear axle? If the rims are steel, pass. Realize this bike needs a LOT of work. You will quickly blow your $150 budget if you pay a shop to re-do the bike for you.

Before you buy ANY old bike make sure the stem and seatpost are not stuck first!
