i cant get this ****ing lockring to budge for ****!

i put the cog and lockring on when i got these wheels from you about 2 yrs ago and havent touched it. used grease and didnt hamfist it

advice? i borrowed my buddies HCW-17 and i mightve chipped the hook when it slipped off. **** hurts my hands.
