low end full suspension bikes are generally to be avoided. They are heavy and have two suspensions that don't work very well rather than just one like entry level hard tails but it is only $200. Nothing wrong with DB as a brand. I personally have a DB Sortie 29er which is one of their higher end full suspension bikes and haven't had any issues with it. Being a med the frame should be good for somebody 5'10" give or take 2" depending the geometry of the frame and your body. If you could find a hardtail of equal or better quality for around the same price you would probably be better off but you take what you can get.
