). There's no doubt that my daily 20 minute bike rides have helped me burn of a sizable chunk of that. I know 2 killos isn't much to crow about and i have a lot more to go (currently 135.6kg) but I'm so surprised and pleased that two weeks of sacrifices (no chocolate!) can make a difference
