2 kg counts, and is solidly respectable. Absolutely no reason to be ashamed of 1kg/week
Edit: or at least there better not be,because I only lose/lost .5-.75 a week...
id cut out liquid calories(coke, sprite, etc) before chocolate though. No chocolate?! No reason you can't eat 1/4 of much, right? That's still less...
