The frame predates the group by around 3-4 years. I think the frame is a '83ish Limited made with Ishawata 022 tubing. Can you post a better pic of the back of the brake bridge? It looks like someone crushed the bridge a bit putting those recessed nuts in there. The is a concave washer with a hole big enough for that nut go through, you really need one of those.
