Thanks everyone. I did take it back to the shop and cannondale reviewed the damage. The bike was stored all winter in a basement and was not near anything. It was tuned at the end of the season last year before I put it in the basement.

It sounds like this is considered a crash, which is not covered.

That said, does anyone have any tips on repairing this on my own?
