I'd like to put some 1.35 Kojaks on my bike, but it has Blunt 35's with a 30mm inside width. Is it even possible? What are the caviats?

Currently running 2.35 Big Apples but they are 780g vs 295gfor the Kojaks. That along with a lighter tube could yield a 545g savings per wheel. Would that make a difference? The bigger Kojak is 50mm and 460g so there would be a 380g savings per wheel. Nothing to sneeze at either I suppose. But 545g that's alot of beef.
