Well I got a puncture on my rear tyre Sunday which was annoying but I took my bike to the LBS to get it fixed.
You will want to learn how to take care of that kind of stuff on your own. It's really quite easy. There are TONS of YouTube videos that show how to do a flat repair. You can either put in a new tube or patch the hole--your choice. (I always put in a new tube. I don't want to be messing with gluing on a patch while I'm sitting on the side of the road.) But, it's good that your bike is adjusted properly now. They are more fun to ride when everything is working as it should.

Congratulations on the weight lost. Even more so since it's because you are trying. Seeing our intentional efforts pay off is further incentive to keep going. Little 'wins' build on each other. You don't have to make a 100% change in one massive effort. Just make 100 1% changes over time.
