Meh. I've seen prettier "bespoke" bikes. To me, if you're going to go with steel, you absolutely need to go with either lugs, or smooth fillets. I couldn't get a good look at the joints, but it looked like TIG welds. Plus I don't care for the decals on the chain stays.

P.S. It's really not that hard to crack the $10k barrier with a custom or even a high-end stock frame.
