I have a coworker who is a fair weather commuter. Walked out a couple days ago to see what she was riding at the end of the day and was pretty impressed: some kind of mid-70s high-end Raleigh. Full 531 (frame & fork), Nervex pro lugs, Brooks Professional, chrome socks, mix of Huret and Campy components (some not original perhaps). I think it was repainted cherry red a long while ago, but was very well done.

Turns out it was her uncles who passed away at a young age and was a pretty serious biker back then. Needless to say I impressed on her what a nice ride she has and I have no doubt she'll take great care of it.
