Well, if you look closely at these posts on e-bay, you can usually track where it's from. It seems it's a legit WOLFBIKE product. So I would give it a thumbs up there. however, it looks too plasticky. Not very breathable. You might get soaked from sweat rather than rain with this. I would keep looking.
