That looks fine. The velcro strap is holding onto the lower part of the pump and gravity plus the teeny lip on the pump handle keeps the top part from extending much if at all. Just make sure the strap is tight and you're good to go. I've never had any of my Lezyne minipumps migrate enough in the bracket to be a problem.
