UPDATE:
So I talked to security at my work who reviewed footage of the last few days. They told me that they didn't see ANYBODY touch or mess with my bike. I thought this to be strange as two days in a row, I had a flat tire on two different bikes, both on the rear... I guess I can't dispute video evidence.

However, given that yours is the first case I've heard of a commuter being repeatedly targeted for obnoxious deflation, it's not a common thing. So if review of the tapes can identify the culprit and he can be dealt with, I bet you won't have to worry any more.
You could also look around in the back, even if there isn't an actual bike rack, there might be a pipe or some other secure feature that you could lock up to while keeping your bike out of everyone's way. That might be preferable to a rack out front in general.
Thanks for the advice as this is exactly what I did. I found a secluded area on the side of my building and lock it down to a steel fence. Not that many people walk by and I'll be purchasing an alarm soon to notify me if it's being moved or touched.
