So long as the hub spacing matches (likely 135 mm), those will fit on just about any mountain bike frame made for 26" wheels. There's really no way to identify the exact make or model they came with since so many different bikes could've been equipped with that particular rim. Tires are a consumable and get replaced regularly, so they're not a reliable tool to ID a bike.
