Probably best fitness in 30 years this week!
using the sea a fitness /fatigue curves, really tracks w/ how a ride feels. Got a huge bump from the 2 200k's, but fatigue was extreme.
Too long mostly off bike (2 trainer rides), and fatigue was way down!
