Yeah I think I will try the cheap and quick swap to a 32 cassette first. Then I can look at a smaller double as someone mentioned. I don't need a whole lot more, just that extra kick for the 16-20% grade hills that are scattered around my area. As I get stronger during the season I can do a quick switch to my original setup.

If I can do it without swapping a lot of components then that would be great.

Thanks for all the feedback, much appreciated. I'm 5'11 145lbs (for those who were asking if I could just lose weight... probably not much)
