i did not even knew it was a carbon friction paste xD, I will buy it online and the pair of washers I will aswell cute a bit of the caliper brakes. As always you guys rock and probably solved my problem.

Bought the Finish Line friction paste, I bought some oil and grease from this brand and I rarely saw such quality. I will use the hungry washers I found in the cellar from my grandpa dating from ww2 will do the trick german pieces

Edit: I cut out about 5mm from each brake and used some hungry toothed washers I made sure to remove every possible grease and I tighten to 9NM. Itīs seem to be solved thank you very much everybody, setting the brakes took me 4m. so that seem they are holding pretty good now
