So Austin rode 5 hours to Limerock before doing the P123 race. I think he's doing some massive hours to make up his team not making Tour of CA. Derek (one of my staff) attacked him at Limerock, soloed for 7.5 laps to the finish and stayed clear of him. Jeepers. Those guys are strong.
I talked to him about that while we cooled down, his coach told him if he wants to be competitive at races like Joe Martin and similar he needs to start doing longer rides like that. Really nice guy.

Doge for helping me recognize; Austin attacked at like 80% and did the swerve all across the road thing, and then attacked again when he saw things were strung out. I've been on this site for like 10 years at this point and it's the first time I can recall directly applying something I read on it to properly mark a move.
