Gravel bikes and adventure bikes, to me, mean the same thing: do-it-all bikes for mixed-terrain rides.
Cyclocross bikes, on the other hand, imply racing features, such as a more aggressive geometry, less clearance for tires (max 32-35 mm), and often times, lacking water bottle mounts on the frame.
Endurance bikes, or at least endurance road bikes, are otherwise-traditional road bikes with a more relaxed/upright geometry, but still lightweight and tarmac oriented (tire clearance max = maybe 28 mm).
