Tubular tires minimum width for comfort

It has probably been previously discussed here to one degree or another, but after using various wider clincher tires, from 35mm Soma New Xpress to 42mm Hetres in 700 and 650b I was wondering what to expect from the Challenge Stradas in 25mm. I found a very affordable pair although I was eventually going to try either the Eroica or PBP tubulars but on my limited budget the prices would have had me waiting awhile. I had the Yellow Jersey 21mm tubulars on my Sabatini before I sold it, they were passable for something cheaper of course for a narrow tub with a butyl tube and basic casing but hopefully the Strada will be a more pleasant experience. They will be used on the Urago, which has some other basic unglued 21mm tubulars on it at the moment, they were free but are a mismatched pair and a bit too harsh for me which is the reason I went with the wider Strada. A short ride around the neighborhood recently made me realize how spoiled the wider clinchers have made me!
