I have to agree with others that you seem to be setting yourself up for problems. You're making major changes to bar height, reach, saddle height, saddle position, KOM, etc. - all at the same time. Not a wise way to approach this. It's usually better to change one thing at a time, ride it a few days and see if it works for you. I've had a retul fit many years ago, and later made some adjustments, such as seat height, remove a spacer or two, roll the handlebars forward to slightly tweak things.
Your changes might work if you're very lucky, but I'd guess you'll be tweaking things now for several months and always be wondering if you got it right until the next ride. I'd start with fixing the saddle position. That just looks so wrong.
