I added this to my watch list when it first appeared, thinking that with the large shipping, it must be coming from Europe, and that if it was still available at the end of the auction, I'd see if the seller had something else interesting to minimize shipping. I always hate shipping estimates, and wish the mail carriers would actually put the prices on the package.
Perhaps the package is coming insured signature verified certified mail with early next morning delivery.
Some sellers combine shipping, some just pocket the money for the double payment.
