I am just looking for some thoughts on a Cannondale CAADX Disc 105 Bike - 2015 I bought back in October. Recently it has been making. mostly just annoying creaking noise that seems to be a weight bearing noise and most pronounced when I am sitting down. The odd thing is that when I stand up and ride the sound is either gone or not really noticeable as much, but even when I took off the seat and sat on the top tube it came right back. The creaking noise seems to be coming from the chain but I changed that, I changed the bearings, I changed the skewers, I have cleaned it, oiled it and took off every non essential part (like water bottles) but it is still there and seemingly only when I simply sit down. I have looked at cables that might be rubbing. I am at a loss. My bike shop cant figure it out either. Now I am more on a mission to figure out where the heck that noise is now that I feel like I have changed every part that could snap or break in transit.
